Our Polycom setup provides the best quality for video and audio. It is known to interoperate with H.323-compliant systems, such as Sony, Tandberg, Polycom and Cisco. The following services are supported:
WebEx works well for phone conferencing and screen sharing. It has limited support for video.
Skype works reasonably well for point-to-point video conferencing and screen sharing. Many notebook computers come with webcams built in. These can be used with Skype. Skype is available for download free of charge.
